EU opens second negotiation cluster with Ukraine on foreign and defence policy

The European Union officially opened its second negotiation cluster with Ukraine on Tuesday, covering foreign and defence policy. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha hailed the move as a milestone and reaffirmed Kyiv's full commitment to reforms. Deputy Prime Minister Taras Kachka called for the remaining negotiation clusters to be opened as quickly as possible.
