Venice gives Ellen Burstyn a lifetime Golden Lion; Gyllenhaal short on Marilyn Monroe premieres there

The Venice Film Festival will honour Ellen Burstyn with a Golden Lion for lifetime achievement. The award will be presented at the screening of "Flesh Impact," a short film directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal in which Burstyn also stars. The film is dedicated to Marilyn Monroe.
