Ruins of 2,000-year-old Greek military camp discovered in Uzbekistan

Archaeologists have unearthed the ruins of a Greek military camp in Uzbekistan dating back more than 2,000 years. The discovery sheds new light on the extent of Hellenistic expansion into Central Asia and the presence of Greek forces in the region in antiquity.
