Ukraine strikes Gazprom Neft refinery; Russian oil processing lowest since 2002
Ukraine struck the largest Gazprom Neft refinery overnight on 13–14 July, sparking a fire. It was the 25th of Russia's 34 largest refineries to be hit. Russian fuel production has fallen to its lowest level since 2002, and Russia is now importing fuel even from China to cope with what analysts call the country's worst ever fuel crisis.
