Poland's CBA Detains Świrski and Jurkiewicz Over 2017 'Fair Courts' Campaign

Poland's Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) detained Maciej Świrski and Cezary Jurkiewicz in connection with an investigation into the 2017 "Fair Courts" campaign linked to the PiS political circle. The probe focuses on alleged misuse of foundation funds for party purposes. Special Services Coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak commented: "Using foundation funds for party purposes must be accounted for."
