Weak yen makes Tokyo the world's cheapest major city

Fifteen years of relentless decline in the Japanese yen have made Tokyo the world's cheapest major capital city for foreign visitors. Hotels, restaurants and attractions are exceptionally affordable when priced in dollars or euros. Analysts warn the situation could reverse if the yen strengthens.
