New flats in Zakopane average 34,900 PLN/m² — pricier than Warsaw

Zakopane tops Poland's ranking of the most expensive resort towns for new flats, with an average price of 34,900 PLN per square metre — exceeding Warsaw and Kraków levels, according to RynekPierwotny.pl. Sopot has also moved up the rankings, joining the country's priciest holiday destinations for property buyers.
