PiS submits bill to block Ukraine's EU accession

PiS MP Przemysław Czarnek has submitted a draft Sejm resolution that would oblige the Polish government to block Ukraine's accession process to the European Union. Czarnek described the move as "a test for Donald Tusk," demanding the prime minister take a clear stance.
