Polish Defence Ministry paid tens of billions in advance payments for military equipment

Poland's Ministry of National Defence has paid out tens of billions of zlotys in advance payments and prepayments to suppliers of military equipment and services. Such advance-payment clauses are included in a large proportion of the ministry's contracts.
