Middle East war delays global LNG glut by a year to 2028, BNEF says

BloombergNEF analysts now forecast the global LNG market will move into oversupply in 2028, a year later than previously projected. The delay is attributed to the ongoing war in the Middle East and significant project delays across major LNG developments. Earlier forecasts had predicted a global glut emerging in 2027.
