Ursynów mayor keeps his post despite South Hospital scandal

Warsaw's Ursynów district councillors voted to keep Mayor Robert Kempa in office, rejecting an opposition motion to remove him over the South Hospital scandal. The session lasted several hours and covered both the allegations against Kempa and his defence. Councillors from the Civic Coalition backed the mayor and defeated the recall motion.
