Pyszne.pl ditches its own couriers and switches to an Uber-style delivery model

Polish food-delivery platform Pyszne.pl is abandoning its own courier fleet in favour of a flexible, Uber-style model based on independent delivery contractors. CEO Arkadiusz Krupicz admitted the previous model was more expensive and less flexible, and that both the market and couriers themselves proved those assumptions wrong. The shift is intended to improve the company's operational efficiency.
