Harith gets antitrust approval to acquire South Africa's FlySafair

South Africa's competition regulator has approved private equity firm Harith General Partners' bid to acquire budget carrier FlySafair. The green light clears the way for the deal to be completed. FlySafair is one of the country's leading low-cost airlines.
