Professor rejects Nawrocki nomination ceremony: "I can't be proud of this"

Prof. Michał Bejger turned down the invitation to receive his professorial nomination at the Presidential Palace, explaining he could not be proud of accepting an honour from a politician he disagrees with on many fundamental issues. He added that President Nawrocki's decisions are having a "chilling effect" on the academic community.
