Flintoff's Top Gear Crash Passenger Sues BBC Studios for Personal Injury
Paul Rees, a professional driver who was a passenger during Andrew Flintoff's Top Gear crash in December 2022 at Dunsfold circuit in Surrey, is suing BBC Studios for personal injury. BBC Studios is disputing his claim. Flintoff himself suffered serious facial injuries in the accident, which also led to the cancellation of Top Gear.
