Dispute over Warsaw Chopin Airport parking tender to go before National Appeals Chamber

A company taking part in the multi-million-zloty tender for modernising the car park at Warsaw Chopin Airport argues that the requirement to integrate new equipment with the existing IT system limits competition, and has referred the matter to the National Appeals Chamber (KIO). Polish Airports (PPL) refuse to modify the tender conditions. The KIO will now rule on the dispute.
