Orlen and Synthos still clash over control of their SMR nuclear project

Orlen and Synthos have yet to finalise a cooperation agreement for their small modular reactor (SMR) project in Poland. The two companies have agreed on a new corporate structure but remain at odds over who will control and manage the investment. The deadlock is delaying one of Poland's most significant energy projects.
