Singapore GDP grows 5.7% in Q2, above the 5.5% forecast

Singapore's economy grew 5.7% in the second quarter, beating analyst expectations of 5.5%. The result is nonetheless lower than the revised 6.3% growth recorded in the first quarter. Singapore continues to post strong growth figures despite global economic uncertainties.
