Paramount CEO David Ellison backs bipartisan federal film tax incentive bill

Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison has spent at least six months in exploratory meetings backing a proposed bill to create a federal film tax incentive, Variety reports. Ellison was personally present at a meeting on Monday evening related to the legislation, which has support from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle.
