France wildfires: 32,000 hectares burned, 59 people arrested for arson

French authorities have arrested 59 people suspected of deliberately or accidentally starting fires. Since the beginning of the year, wildfires have burned as much as 32,000 hectares of vegetation across France. The scale of the destruction has prompted a nationwide alarm.
