40-year-old Polish tourist dies after 200-metre fall in Slovak High Tatras

A 40-year-old Polish tourist died on Monday morning after falling approximately 200 metres in the Slovak High Tatras near Čierny štít (Black Peak). The man had been travelling off the marked trail without proper mountaineering equipment. His injuries proved fatal.
