Empery Digital sells Bitcoin to fund AI data centre project, shares rise

Empery Digital has sold part of its Bitcoin treasury to fund an AI data centre project, sending its shares higher. The sales come months after a major shareholder demanded the company abandon its Bitcoin treasury strategy and called for the resignation of its CEO and board.
