Katarzyna Piter reaches WTA 250 Athens doubles quarter-final

Katarzyna Piter and her partner Eudice Chong of Hong Kong, seeded third, beat Marija Timofiejeva and Yekaterina Yashina 6–4, 6–3 at the WTA 250 hard-court tournament in Athens. The victory puts the Polish player through to the doubles quarter-finals.
