Court revives 500+ lawsuits linking Tylenol to autism

An appeals court has allowed more than 500 private lawsuits against Tylenol maker Kenvue to proceed, reversing an earlier dismissal that had cited insufficient scientific evidence linking the painkiller to autism. The ruling reopens the door to substantial litigation against the company.
