Families of Volhynia massacre victims receive identification documents for the first time

Poland's Ministry of Culture and National Heritage has for the first time handed identification documents to families of victims of the Volhynia massacre, specifically from the village of Puźniki. The minister stressed the documents are the result of years of work by historians, archaeologists, anthropologists, geneticists and institutions. The notes allow families to formally identify their murdered relatives.
