Bangkok bar fire kills at least 28 people

A fire at a bar in Bangkok killed at least 28 people. Footage shows clouds of smoke followed by towering flames bursting from the entrance of the venue. An eyewitness who had stepped outside for a cigarette moments before described it as a very fast explosion.
