California Film Commission Director Colleen Bell to Leave in Early January

Colleen Bell, director of the California Film Commission and an appointee of Governor Gavin Newsom, announced she will step down in early January. Bell oversaw the state's recent expansion of its film and television tax credit to $750 million per year.
