Ukraine Orders 16 Rafale Jets and SAMP/T Batteries After Paris Coalition Summit

French President Emmanuel Macron announced Monday, following a Paris meeting of more than 20 "Coalition of the Willing" leaders, that Ukraine has ordered 16 Rafale fighter jets and an initial batch of new-generation SAMP/T surface-to-air missile batteries. Ukraine also received licences to produce several military capabilities, including the Scalp cruise missile. It is the largest French military package for Ukraine to date.
