Hungarian Parliament Clears Path to Remove President Sulyok
Hungary's parliament approved a constitutional amendment on Monday that clears the way for the removal of President Tamás Sulyok. The move had been publicly promised by new Prime Minister Péter Magyar, who vowed to break with the Orbán-era establishment from the start of his tenure. Sulyok is a close ally of former Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
