12 US States Sue to Block $110bn Paramount–Warner Bros Merger

Twelve US states have filed a lawsuit to block the $110 billion merger between Paramount and Warner Bros Discovery, which would be the largest media consolidation in Hollywood history. State attorneys general argue the deal would harm competition in the media market.
