Poland's Supreme Administrative Court warns: no assessors means justice delays

The College of Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) has again raised the alarm over the failure to appoint assessors to regional administrative courts. The body warns that the situation risks denying citizens their right to have cases heard without undue delay. The NSA stated that further postponement of the appointments is unacceptable.
