Paramount fights 12-state lawsuit seeking to block $110bn Warner Bros. Discovery deal

Twelve US states filed an antitrust lawsuit on Monday seeking to block Paramount's pending $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. Paramount fired back, calling the suit "a fundamentally flawed application of antitrust laws" and vowing to fight it vigorously. The company also warned that the legal action "will only harm entertainment workers."
