Warsaw court rejects European Arrest Warrant for Ziobro — another blow to ruling coalition
Warsaw's District Court on Monday rejected the prosecution's request to issue a European Arrest Warrant for Zbigniew Ziobro. Commentator Jakub Majmurek writes for Wirtualna Polska that the ruling is seen as a defeat for the governing coalition by both its supporters and opponents. The prospect of holding the former minister accountable has once again receded.
