Paramount hits back at state AGs' lawsuit blocking Warner Bros. Discovery takeover

Paramount Skydance sharply criticised a lawsuit filed by a coalition of 12 Democratic state attorneys general seeking to block its takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery, led by David Ellison. The company said the suit "distorts settled antitrust law" and misrepresents competition in today's entertainment industry. Paramount warned the litigation would effectively shield Netflix and tech companies from "much-needed competition."
