Riise blames Ronaldo and Martinez for Portugal's World Cup exit

Portugal were eliminated from this year's World Cup in the round of 16. Former Norway international John Arne Riise, capped 110 times, placed the full blame for the exit on Cristiano Ronaldo and coach Roberto Martinez. Riise said it was "sad to watch," criticising the roles both played in the team's failure.
