2026 has been a roller-coaster of a year for Guy Ritchie , who has found success with new projects on the small screen but struggled with his only feature film of the year. Ritchie’s debut TV show of the year, Young Sherlock , was a smash hit after being added to Prime Video as a binge, performing well enough to earn a Season 2 renewal. Things didn’t go according to plan with the premiere of In The Grey , Ritchie’s action movie that wrapped filming back in 2023 and was subject to years of delays. The film bombed hard at the box office before going on to become one of the most successful movies of the year on VOD platforms like Prime Video and Apple TV. Ritchie also returns later this summer with the highly anticipated second season of MobLand on Paramount+ .
