Polish prosecutors may reapply for European Arrest Warrant for Ziobro if he returns from abroad

Polish prosecutors say they may file a new application for a European Arrest Warrant against former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro should he return from the United States. Investigators believe such a return is likely. Judge Waldemar Żurek stated that the prosecution disagrees with the court's legal interpretation in the case.
