Thunderstorms with hail hit eastern and south-eastern Poland — IMGW and RCB alerts issued

Thunderstorms began developing over eastern and south-eastern Poland on Monday afternoon, bringing risks of heavy rain, strong winds and hail. Poland's meteorological institute IMGW issued weather warnings, and the Government Security Centre (RCB) sent out public alerts to residents in affected regions. The number of storm cells is expected to increase in the coming hours.
