Anthropic launches rupee-priced Claude subscriptions in India

Anthropic has begun localising its Claude subscription pricing for India, its largest market after the United States. Users in India are now starting to see subscription plans denominated in Indian rupees rather than US dollars. The move is aimed at making the AI assistant more accessible in the country.
