EU and UK Sanction Russian Spies and Hackers Over Cyberattack Campaign

The European Union and the United Kingdom jointly imposed sanctions on Monday targeting Russian military intelligence officers and private companies responsible for a major cyberespionage campaign against European infrastructure.
