Włókniarz president: Club pays bills on time but results are disappointing

The president of speedway club Włókniarz Częstochowa confirmed that the club is meeting all its financial obligations on time. He also admitted disappointment with the team's sporting results and indicated that current measures are only the beginning of a broader recovery plan.
