Jan Kvech nearing ROW Rybnik deal, but Włókniarz Częstochowa enters the race

Speedway rider Jan Kvech has turned down offers from GKM and Polonia, passing up a chance to compete in the PGE Ekstraliga. He is reportedly close to agreeing terms with Innpro ROW Rybnik, but representatives of Krono-Plast Włókniarz Częstochowa have unexpectedly entered the negotiations. Kvech's transfer situation remains unresolved.
