15 Indian tourists killed as speedboat capsizes in southern Vietnam

A speedboat capsized in southern Vietnam, killing 15 Indian tourists on board, according to the VnExpress portal. A witness recalled that the boat overturned before it had even travelled half a kilometre. The cause of the accident has not yet been reported.
