Polish women's volleyball team misses VNL 2025 finals — ex-coach: "Not a disaster"

Poland's women's volleyball team failed to qualify for the 2025 Volleyball Nations League finals, ending a run of three consecutive bronze medals from 2023 to 2025. Former head coach Piotr Makowski said it would have been good to reach the finals but called the absence "not a disaster." Poland did not finish among the eight teams that advanced to the final tournament this season.
