Car first-aid kit mandatory in Poland from 2027, fines up to 500 PLN for non-compliance
Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure has issued a regulation making a first-aid kit mandatory equipment in all cars. For over two decades, carrying one was only recommended. The new rules take effect from 2027, with fines of up to 500 PLN for drivers caught without a kit. Poland is thereby aligning with standards already in place in many other EU countries.
