Shein targets up to $3 billion Hong Kong IPO by August after China approval

Shein Global Holdings is targeting a Hong Kong stock market listing as soon as August, after receiving approval from China's securities regulator. According to people familiar with the matter, the company is seeking to raise up to $3 billion in the IPO. The listing would be one of the largest on the Hong Kong exchange this year.
