Poland's Supreme Administrative Court: planning fee applies only to plot portion that gained value

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court ruled that if a plot has multiple designations under a local zoning plan and only part of it gained value as a result, the planning fee can be charged only on that portion. The valuation for fee purposes does not need to cover the entire property.
