Court lifts notary's secrecy in Nawrocki apartment case, appeal filed
A court has lifted a notary's professional secrecy obligation in the investigation into Karol Nawrocki's acquisition of a studio apartment from elderly Jerzy Ż. Prosecutors may now question the notary, but a judge must first rule on an appeal filed against the decision.
