GLP-1 drugs may ease skin conditions, Wrocław study finds

Researchers at Wrocław Medical University have reviewed current knowledge on the use of GLP-1 receptor agonists in dermatology. The drugs, previously used mainly for type 2 diabetes and obesity, show anti-inflammatory properties that may benefit patients with skin conditions.
