Palworld 1.0 release skyrockets player counts, surpassing Dota 2 on Steam

Palworld has officially launched version 1.0 on PC and consoles, causing a sharp spike in Steam player counts and pushing past Dota 2 in the rankings. The game has not managed to replicate its peak of 2.1 million concurrent players from early 2024, however. It nonetheless ranks as one of the most-played games on Steam following the full release.
